Information we collect

When you send an inquiry or we create a reservation for you, we collect the details you provide: your name, telephone or messaging contact, email address, preferred room, stay type and dates, number of guests, contact preference, and any notes you choose to include. If your stay proceeds, we may also record reservation status, physical room assignments, agreed pricing, deposit requirements and payment transactions such as amount, method, status and a reference. We do not collect payment-card details through this website.

We also receive an approximate country code from our hosting provider and process a privacy-preserving technical fingerprint to prevent repeated spam submissions. Administrative actions may record the acting user, time and IP address in a protected audit history. We do not store your precise location.

How we use it

We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you, discuss availability and rates, prevent conflicting reservations, manage holds and reservations, administer your stay, record payments confirmed outside the website, provide customer service and maintain operational and security records. Submitting the public form does not by itself create a confirmed reservation or take a payment.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s protected database. Email notifications are delivered through Resend. Website infrastructure and security services are provided through Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites. These providers process only the information needed to operate these services.

Retention

Inquiry, guest, reservation, room-assignment, payment and audit records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for rental administration, dispute resolution, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. Legacy inquiries moved to Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days, and anti-spam fingerprints are automatically removed after 24 hours. Reservation history is not routinely erased when a stay is cancelled or completed because it is needed to preserve operational records.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the website or when required by law. You may ask us to view, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing us.
